Hey All-
Just started backing up my DVDs on DVD-Rs but they won't play on my JVC XV-SA70BK:mad: Has anyone had any luck with any other prog scan players? Compatability lists on the net are VERY unreliable.
Players I've tried:
JVC XV-SA70BK (won't play)
Samsung P401 (plays with skips/stutters)
Panasonic RP56 (won't play)
I am burning with NERO 5.5.7.2 and the discs play fine on my old Pioneer 525. I've got a toshiba 4700 on the way for testing, and would REALLY like to know if the Panasonic RP91 plays them (excellent player)This might be a good place to compile a list, since most people here actually have a DVD-R disc to test with:D Thanks.
