DVD2AVI on GLORY producing odd results

I'm trying to convert Glory from the VOB's to the DVD2AVI project, I can run it and get back into Gordian Knot but when testing the output the picture is very blocking on movement. Almost as if it were interlaced but at HUGE chunks instead of very tiny lines. I have tryed using Force Film and Not form film, Both give me the same results. I have watched just the vob's on DVD2AVI and there were no problems there so I know it isn't from the ripping. I was curious if there is any way to use another program for this. Or if there is an option I am simply missing.

I'm using DVD2AVI 1.76

I'm Kinda stuck on what to do. I am moderatly knew to all of this so please spare me if I didn't include all of the proper information.
