error mssgs opening dvd2svcd

Hello, this is my first post to this forum. I need some help with this program. Every time I open it and click on the disc I either get v strip does not exist or the dvd2avi file does not exist.Sometimes it even says dvd2avi does not exist but they do and were loaded with the bundle. I have even run these progs separately and they work fine. Maybe someone can help as I can't get past the first steps. Thanks for any help on this.:(

Did you install the bundle or just the upgrade? DVD2SVCD builds 3 and 4 were only upgrades to build 1. Uninstall build 3 or 4 and then download build 1, install it and then install build 4 over it without uninstalling build 1.
