How can I create a multi-angle track using Daikin?

I wanted to incorporate multi-angle views of the video material on the DVD using Daikin. When I creating a multi-angle track, it occurs some error messages in information windows. I tried to creating two types of multi-angle, but both seamless and non-seamless multi-angle occur error during DVD authoring. I shown it in following words. How can I do? Somebody can help me?

ps.I heard someone say each video stream must contain the same GOP structure and the same number of GOPs. What is GOP? How can I give way to each video stream have the same GOP structure and the same number of GOPs? What is vbv_delay initial value?
