First thing: audio has no framerate, only video!

So I don't really know what you want to do. If it is to correct a/v synch, there's an option in VirtualDub to set the framerate to match the audio length (Video -> Framerate). Of course then the whole video will have a framerate of (in your case) 25.0583.

If this is a problem, or for some reason you want the video framerate to be exactly 25fps, you could time-compress the audio in a wave-editing program (CoolEdit, SoundForge, WaveLab) to match the length of your video. But I'm almost certain that in this case you will have a very hard time getting correct synch.

What I do - convert DivX to SVCD. DivX at 250583. Me need standart SVCD at 250000. I can convert video without problem. But audio from this DivX dont sinx vith video. Need convert it.
