Nedd Help With DVD2AVI

Everytime I try to load my dvd2avi project on Gknot, it says "File is not valid dvd2avi project (v 1.76, YUV2)"
Can anyone help me solve this, your help would be much appreciated.

there are several possible fixes. You can find them by selecting the search button and using "dvd2avi" "valid" and "project".

I too am having problems. Sometime I get the before emntioned error, but i can fix that. But every time I load the project file in GKnot, it reports the time of the file as around 1 minute. It varies too, sometime I open it and it say 62 seconds, then i close and reopen the same file and now its 57 seconds, and i could go on forever. Not once has it ever reported a time anywhere close to the actuall time of 1 hour and 48 minutes. What is going one here? I've got the latest versions as far as I can tell, and I am following the guide and my intuition to the letter. Has anyone handled this before?

I tried to enter the time maually, and even though is now it does the bitrate calculations correctly, it still only encodes the first minutes of the movie. What is going on?
