I have a 4 Channel AC3 file and want to convert it to .ogg with OggMachine. Should I use LFE to LR Channels for that kind of audio? Also the dialogs in the movie sound very, very quiet compared to sorrounding sounds and noises. Is there an option that makes dialog louder?
TIA.

A 4 channel AC3? Hmmm...I've never seen one yet. If it truly is 4 channles then it doesn't contain an LFE channel, so no need to select the "LFE to LR" option.
Try and use "Normal DRC" in OggMachine and see if that might help in increasing the volume level. Also, players like PowerDivx have DeDynamic built in which will increase over all volume by quite a bit. This is a great feature, use it all the time.
