i want to add an extra 360k file at the beggining of all my rips
problem is that the data rates are different

any idea how to do this

get 'aviutl' from the downlaod page at doom9.org - i used to use this a lot for the exact same purpose except when i started doing vbr mp3 audio tracks with my rips the version of 'aviutl' that i had could nothandle it. However there has since been updates to the program which might work for you.
