no. but if there was one, and someone would actually send email on every change, u'll get so much mail that u'll have to block the address and consider it as junk flood ;)

just pop into the forum once in a while (say, every 10 mins) and check out the news :)

If you need a free mailing list system, there is topica.com
There is a system without ads and doesn't have any spam. Of course it's free :)

Otherwise, you can use a mailing list on Sourceforge ;)
