sound and pic not running in time

ripped film from dvd to svcd but the sound is about 1-2 sec
slower than the picture,i'm a newbie so just stuck the dvd in and pressed go in the conversion tab.

ripped from pal dvd

With out more information then we can't help, tho what you could do is use the search button up top and type synce issues or synce or sound out of synce ect
