Need Help Smoothing

Hello, again i should mention im not very good at this yet.
im tring to smooth files and make them look really clean, but even tho i tried many things it still looks kinda rough to me. Also the color seems to be hmmm.....im not sure how to explain this but the color doesnt really blend in with the image for some parts; thats really the best way I can put it. If any of you know how to solve this please let me know, thanks :)
