How can I attach a file? I have tried many times but nothing..I saw some people have attached..How?

you can.. but it will only be shown once a moderator has had a look at it and accepted it for public display. We have to ensure that no inappropriate material is posted (as in warez or other things that could get the admin and the server owner into legal trouble).
