sure.. however, it requires that you extract the scene in question, save every frame as a bitmap, use an image editor and some advanced image editing techniques to fix every frame, encode the set of edited bitmaps again, and rejoin.. in any case you'll have a loss of quality.

There is a anti-logo filter for vdub. find it here (http://sauron.mordor.net/dgraft/delogo11/delogo11manual/delogo.html) there is a different filter that does the same thing if you search around, but I can't remember where I got it.
Of course these filters can only do so much.

But ... the problem with the screener logo should become moot in about 5 months. You'll be able to obtain a commercial DVD 'round about August, depending on your geography.

better crop the part completely. the artifacts from an anti-logo filter used in such a big and moving area will be horrible.

there is a filter called logoaway that removes logos, but again thee will be quality loss.
Anyway its designed its for ststic logos like on yor cable/sat. channel logos.

That is an understatement. It definitely can't perform miracles, especially not for this particular case.
