In movies like TRAFFIC or DIE MUMIE in the RC2-Version(German) you can see Subtitles if the actors are speaking Mexican, Egypt and so on.
What's the preferences in DVD2SVCD for insert this subtitles in the SVCD? Is it possibility?
THX for helping.

I think this is probably something that doesn't come up very often, so not many (if any) people know how to do what you are asking. I know I myself never have. But...

There are two possibilities: the subtitles you're interested in encoded into the video on the DVD, or there is a separate subtitle stream with just these subtitles.

I don't think the first option applies here, or you wouldn't be asking about it.

For the second option, I believe DVD2SVCD will show two or more streams in the subtitle pop-up (like it does for audio on the converstion tab). You just need to select the stream you want.

If you don't know which stream it is, there are a number of ways to find out. One way is to select one, then look at the bitmaps that DVD2SVCD creates. It creates them very early in the process, so you can stop DVD2SVCD if you get the wrong stream and run it again. I believe another more proactive way is to use the FlasK player - I think the subtitle streams are listed in the same order between FlasK and DVD2SVCD.
