I HAVE RIPPED THE MAIN MOVIE OUT WITH DVD DECRYPTER AND REMOVED AUDIO TRACKS AND SUBTITLES WITH IFO EDITOR AND ALLOWED IT TO CREATE A NEW VIDEO-TS IFO AND RE SHUFFLE THE VOB FILES AND CORRECT VOBU POINTERS, THEN MADE REGION FREE, THEN RUN GET VTS SECTORS ON THE IFO FILES, PLAYBACK ON HARDDRIVE IS FLAWLESS WITH POWER DVD4, BURNT THE DVD-R USING VOB INSTANT CD/DVD, INSTANT DISK, USING THE WIZARD I HAVE BURNT THE DISK AS DATA CD WITH AND WITHOUT UDF 1,02, THE DVD WORKS FINE IN THE PC DVD BUT NOT IN ANY STANDALONE I HAVE TRIED, WHERE MIGHT I BE GOING SO WRONG? I HAVE NOTICED THAT I DO NOT HAVE A VIDEO -TS VOB, BUT I DO HAVE IFO AND BUP, IS THIS IMPORTANT?

why all caps? seems a little loud, no need to shout
sorry I don't know much about making working DVD's but would suggest that having a ifo for a vob that doesn't exist might just be the source of your problem, but I don't know if you should not have a video-ts.ifo/bup or if you should figure out how to make a vidoe-ts.vob
hope it is the former...

The key is to use Instant Disc under the wizard, choose UDF DVD Video, select your folders (Audio_TS, Video_TS). Uncheck the joliet option and make sure you leave UDF 1.02 checked. Click Write and it should work great, I had the same problems until I followed the above procedure.

The procedure may be the cause, but here's another thing to consider if this is your first attempt: The brand of media you use can make a lot of difference. I've had good luck with Pioneer brand media, partial luck with GQ media (works, but some video glitches) and no luck at all with DVDPro media, even though it works fine on the computer.
