Using DVD2SVCD, how to convert avi from PAL to NTSC?

I have Cinderella2 DIVX file and I want to make SVCD out of it.

When i browsed for the avi file, the checkbox Convert from NTSC to PAL is disabled, perhaps because the avi is already PAL?

But how do i convert it to NTSC?

Will I be able to watch that PAL movie on my DVD player?

You cannot convert a PAL movie to NTSC in DVD2SVCD. If you wish to look into it further do a search in the SVCD forum. I posted a question there on this subject. It is possible, but difficult to do. You need several programs.

So basically hit the search function and look in the SVCD forum. There are at least two very good threads on this subject there.
