stripes in the finished dvd2svcd video

Hello !

Maybe someone here can help me,i have following problem :

I used DVD2SVCD v1.06 beta 4 to convert "Lord of the flies" from my original PAL DVD regional code 2 and 4:3 fullsize screen.

But i got allways some "stripes" or how this video bug can be called in scenes where the people are running downhill or other similar fast "motion ?" changes ? (Sorry for my bad english)
It also happens if i convert the DVD to a DivX (3.11 alpha) .avi with max. VideoBitrate,128kbit mp3 audio and using AVi2SVCD then.

Please,anyone can help me ?

Could be an interlaced movie.
So you can try using Telecide (PAL) under the conversion tab in the Deinterlace combo box.
Try converting a little piece of the movie to check if this is the problem.
