I'm messing around with ripping DVDs to be burned back onto DVD. Right now I'm trying to "fix" a problem with a pirate HK DVD I have. The movie was encoded onto the disc in a 4:3 anamorphic aspect ratio, but they forgot to set the aspect ratio flag to 16:9 so it would play back properly. What utility could be used to change this with the least amount of pain? I just want to fix the problem and burn the ripped files right back onto DVD.
Thanks,

I was able to figure out how do this after messing around with IfoEdit for awhile. :D
Here's what I did:
1) Opened the VTS_01_0.IFO file in IfoEdit.
2) In the top window, selected the line that read "VTSI_MAT -Video Title Set Information Management Table."
3) In the bottom window, scrolled down to the line that read "[00000nnn] Video attributes of VTSTT_VOBS 17152 [4300]"
4) The 4:3 aspect ratio used hex [4300]. I changed the value to [4e00] using the HexEdit function and saved the file.
The movie played back in its proper 16:9 format!
