TMPG Quantize Matrix explained

could someone post a complete explanation on how to use Quantize Matrix in Tmpg ??????

No offense, but asking that question is somewhat like asking someone in the army core of engineers to explain relativity. They may know and use physics, but that doesn't mean they know everything.

Similarly, we may be experienced using mpeg encoding tools, but I for one don't understand all the depths of how mpeg works.

If you're really interested, I'm sure there's plenty of info out on the web. MPEG video compression technique - a brief discussion (http://tan.informatik.tu-chemnitz.de/~jan/MPEG/HTML/mpeg_tech.html) for example. There is some information on quantization and how it's used in a matrix. Don't know if it helps, but it's an interesting read.

Mb1 is your man for this issue - he is very knowledgable about CCE (see http://www.rilanparty.com:8080/vbb/showthread.php?threadid=12161&perpage=20&pagenumber=2 ), and TMPGEnc (there used to be a post on Flexion about TMPGEnc matrices, by Mb1, but Flexion is no more so you'll have to ask Mb1 nicely to repeat his knowledge for TMPGEnc on Doom9!) Quantization matrix settings - do not underestimate the level of expertise on this excellent forum, Kedirekin! :D
