Recently burned a VCD using VCDEasy and was wondering if there are any SW that allows me to create Menus on a VCD, so that I can select the chapter using the up, down, right, left cursor keys to jump directly to a chapter. It would be just like entering the desired numeric chapter key and then ENTER, but this Menu would me static right after the VCD is inserted in the DVD player. This way I would be able to jump to a specific chapter without having to start playing the VCD and then selecting the chapter.

The Menu could be something very simple, with just text indicating each chapter, or if the SW supports it, images would also be great.

Does anyone know of such a Software?

I have noticed that in VCDEasy, I can select the start and end offsets for each chapter, but did not see anything concerning Menus.

Maybe you want to check out TSCV. Doom9 has a TSCV guide at:
