i just gotta say that i tried everyhing to make it run under me (including giving me the dlls etc. that 2k has that maestro says are missing) all i can say is forget it. i got rid of me and have not looked back! 2k is sooo much better - i havent crashed it yet, and i used to crash ME a few times a day. plus security is much better and as xp is out now everything is supported by 2k so its the best all round choice i've found. so just go for it, plus its pretty cheap to buy these days ;)

Yeah, ME is (even by Micro$oft's OWN admission!) a TOY operating system. It just heaps up memory and doesn't release it again, so you get blue screen after blue screen, after blue screen, after......
Amongst other things, Maestro requires advanced/extended Unicode support, which Toy OSs don't provide. Win2k rocks anyway, so just be thankful you had a good shove in the right direction from an application which also rocks!
