changing ifo to play 4:3? how?

If i have the widescreen version of a movie and the ifo file for it, and i want to change it so that it plays full screen, can i change the ifo file in ifoedit to play this full screen, or is there another way? i wont change the movie in any way, i just want to know if its possible to change it to play full screen in the ifo file

you can change it so that the picture is stretched to fill the screen and everything out of proportion and look like sh*t.
