newbie: too fast playback problem

Playing divx (3/4/5) in mediaplayer or playa 2x the normal speed. I tried to uninstall the codecs and used nimo/kristal but I cant get it to run in normal speed. I have win2k p4, never had this problem before. Anyone?? Whats up??

The Play isn't exactly known for it's stability.

Have you tried ZoomPlayer, BSplayer or PowerDivx? What interleave settings did you use to mux the audio?
