Newbie needs help [Archive]

I new at this so please bear with me. I used Dvd2Svcd and it worked great. I now have two(2)Mpeg movies parts on my harddrive, each one is 794mb. How do I burn them to my Cdr's which are 700mb and 80 minutes? I'd appreciate any help, thanks
