Why remove angles ?

I had a hard work to remove angles from the movie shrek. No matter I what I did the result was allways the same, when I record the final work into a dvd-rw or a dvd-r the player stops at 21 seconds and the keeps playing, then it stops agains at 29 seconds and then movie goes on great. I did the exact steps like Derow said in this thread:

But the result was the same.
But If I just check "Adjust Angles" probably this will solve my problem. And Why remove angles, to save space ?

Right, just to save space. But you don't need to remove the angles in Shrek!

It contain just 2 or 3 angles, and they are just about a few seconds. So you can keep them. Just use the option 'Adjust Angles' if you strip something out of the vob files.

It worked for me perfect! I've copied Shrek without menu and have kept the anles. Workes just great.

I made what you said (just adjust angles) but, it stops again no matter witch angle I choose in the settop player (Angle 1, Angle 2 or Angle 3).

Do you think is something to do with the encoding (in Rempeg) should I try to enconde with TMPGenc ?

Do you think is something to do with the recording software that I am using to burn the image (PrimoDVD).

I am using the menus (strip the spanish and kept the English and Portuguese).

Do you want me to send you some file so you could see what is wrong? And witch file should I send and what's the email I should send.

Oh, you transcoded it?
Well, that's another story.
Transcoding movies, that have got angles will mostly result in trouble. It doesn't work yet that well. No matter what mpeg-encoder you use.

For me it was enough to strip some streams out of Shrek. It fitted then perfect on DVD-R.
