I am using IfoEdit v0.88 (even though it came in the v0.89 zip) and I used SmartRipper to rip VOBs from "Small Soldiers" where I pulled the chapters out seperately with the extra audio streams removed.
I opened IfoEdit, selected the "Create IFOs" button and selected the first VOB file, vts_01_1.vob. At the next window I tell it to put the VIDEO_TS.IFO file into the same directory. Then I let it go. It processes each VOB file in my directory in the correct order but when the last VOB file is finished the app does nothing and I am given no feedback on what actually happened. The IfoEdit GUI looks just like it does when you open the app and my VOB directory contains nothing new in it. I've tried several times, and my final attempt was with only a single VOB file in the directory, and I am getting the same results: NOTHING! What's going on?
I've spend the better part of a week trying to compress a DVD-9 onto a DVD-R and I'm about to declare the process to be impossible! :-)
