Sorry for being so thick but what exactly do i do on nero with my cue/bin files....THANKS

Nothing! Burn them with CDRWin.

Or Blindwrite or Fireburner :) !!!

Nero doesn`t support cue/bin !!!

Wake up, dagman ... Nero supports bin/cue since version 4.x. Well, sort of ... if you want to burn VCD or SVCD, don't use it. Look for instructions here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19415

Aha and why can`t my nero 5.5.7.8 not open cue/bin files :) :) :)

G'day mate,

try File->burn Image & load your cuesheet. Since 5.5.something Nero even has a filemask for cue/bin ... yay! Manually selecting the .cue used to work since ages, though ...
Again, if you burn VCD/SVCD images, Nero is still not really recommended :).
