Please Help. Cue/bin Files Too Big

HELP . Ihave just started withDVD2VCD and all works well EXCEPT whatever I do the cue / bin files are too big How do I make them fit on a 80 min disk..PLEASE HELP ME. I have tried to alter things about in bitrate but it still makes discs in excess of 700 meg.

DVD2SVCD creates SVCD images which can be as big as 800MB for a 80min CD. And the bin files are often even larger than the content itself. So you should have no problems with bin files up to 850MB. Just try and burn them with CDRWin.
