Chapters off when removing the beginning of the vob

I used IFOedit to remove the 20th Century fox and Directors company logo at the beginning of a film. But now chapter 1 starts like 30-45 seconds into the film, not at the beginning. i removed VOBIDs 1 and 2 which were the above, the film started on VOBID 3 thru the rest of them. trying to figure out what I did wrong.

maybe nothing. what version of IfoEdit did you use ?

I am using .88 is there a newer one? or one that doesnt exhibit this problem?

Yes, there's the 0.89 version, where I've removed a bug with the chapter's.
This bug appeared, when Vob-IDs got stripped out in front of the movie.
