dvd-squeeze

hi, i got this email about a prog called dvd-squeeze, they claim they can make a dvd fit onto a cd-r by compressing the movie into the size of an 80 minute cd. they say its basically the same thing as a wav from a cd converted to an mp3. i was wondering if this is true? can anyone verify that this really works and that its not a hoax? if u can plz lemme know

Don't trust any of it. It's just bulls#@t. There has been a discussion about it at the General Discussion forum some time ago.
They want you to pay for something you get here for free.
It's probably just a package of different proggies, zipped and distributed with the fee....
