as i am new to this game can anybody tell me how toget started i have just installed dvd2svcd and im gettin nowhere

certainly...read the newbie faq and the links on them.

Honestly you can install DVD2SVCD and hit two or three buttons and it may or may not work. But why? To found out later it was a disaster. Spend 1 to 2 hours reading (yes I know it's a pain) but in the long run you'll know the ins and outs.

If your brand new to dvd ripping and never done divx, etc. then up that reading time to about 3 to 4 hours.

@Paulmadhead yeah i can help you with where to get the cce 2.50sp and other cinema craft products, go over to this thread http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16976 do some more reading and you'll find all the information a person would need to understanding on how to post, and also how to get ahold of cce
