In general a useful package; a few new features (although not really starting a new era); but commercially distributed now, unfortunately.

Well supporting AMD processors now (especially Athlon XP) and multi-processor systems.

Still too complicated for bloody newbies.


(Well, I've seen so many horrible looking fire-and-forget movies... in my opinion it is good to have tools which require some level of knowledge and experience; "Press one button, get perfect results, don't need to think" - this time is not yet up!)

It think that's an uneducated sentiment from his side.
It makes it sound as if he's looking for a Flask method.

There are always two levels:

1) Don't think, just click - but don't expect perfect results!

2) Wanna have optimal quality? Then first read, learn, try to understand... The optimum is different for each movie. If you don't accept this, you'll never get perfect results.

We all have once been newbies. Only time makes experience. Or as a beautiful aphorism says:

"Experience is a useful thing - unfortunately, often you need it before you get it..."

Fortunately, there are so many great people who are working on moving the first up to the second level. The only reason not to be successful can therefore only be laziness. Or am I wrong here?!
