It has split to 3 insted of 2. Can somebody tell me why? Is there a setting in DVD2SVCD.

What version of DVD2SVCD are you using?

It can also happen if the bitrate in the MAX AVG is not low enough to allow the video to encode small enough to fit.

Post your DVD2SVCD_log.txt file using cut and paste.
