How to create a CFFL Streamlist

I used DVD Decrypter and IFOEdit to successfully isolate the main movie and audio from a DVD. The resulting Video-TS folder is 6.8GB and needs to be transcoded. The ReMPEG2 guide says to make a CFFL Steamlist to start the process. Can anyone walk me through making a CFFL Streamlist?

Hi Doom,
Yes I read the guide, several times over. I am confused. Is the Streamlist just a list of the vob names headed by CFFL made in notepad or is it a file of the actual vobs?

you have an example in the guide that has it's own paragraph.. copy and paste that in notepad, save as streams.cffl and you have your streamlist.. what is there not to be understood?
