rempeg2 problem

Im trying to transcode using rempeg2 in which I have had success with in my last two projects, the problem is this:

As previous I make a CFFL streamlist of the vob files VTS_01_0.vob through to VTS_01_7.vob which all works ok I then go to the options tab and make my neccessary adjustments and start encoding it gets about 10mins through and Finishes Succesfully - I THINK NOT. All it seems to do is get about 1/4 of the way through VTS_01_0.vob and finishes same place every time.

I have tried using several different rippers but same thing happens in the same place every time.

Can anyone give me any help or ways to get over this problem?
