Greetings,
I just tried encoding a movie using the usual Divx 4 method after installing Divx 5.0 Pro, the result was pretty bad. An oversized, visually corrupted video, it seems that Gordian Knot could not open the Divx 5 Log created on the first pass, so the final result of the second pass was terrible.
I was just wondering if there is an update on the works for Gordian Knot to make it support Divx 5.0?. The thing I like the most out of Gordian Knot is that everything is pretty automatic, and it saves me a lot of time and trouble. As I am only a casual user who likes to encode movies without spending too much time or hasle, I'll stick with Divx 4.12 for now, The Divx 5.0 method in the guide is too much time consuming for my taste.
I just want to know if I should expect a Gordian Knot update in the near future that enables me to use Divx 5 without having to go through an extesive, complicated, and time consuming guide.
Thanks in Advance
