How to remove masked frames ?

I've noticed the 'Scan video stream for errors' menu and it seems to mark bad/unreadable frames as masked. How do I delete those frames ? What about the audio synchronisation ? How do I save the movie without those frames (with direct stream copy / save avi ?) ?
