Strange Async with TV Capture *

I have a strange problem of audio async with a TV capture I have done. When I play the AVI audio and video sync is all over the place. However, when I play it within Vdub the sync is spot on. If I then save\dub the file out of vdub and try playing it sync is lost again (though it is ok still if I play it within vdub).

The audio is uncompressed PCM. I have tried playing with framerate settings to no availe.

Any help would be appreciated!

What's the video compression format?

Hmm I see.
I know that with som MJPEG codecs, playback can be rather poor in media player. Although when you encode to something like SVCD, there's no problem.
I've never captured directly to divx so i dunno.
