software to set field order.

I used CCE to re-encode mpeg2 file,but i set wrong filed order. Which software can help me to reset to original order without re-encode the mpeg?

I believe pulldown.exe can do it.

Can pulldown.exe change the field order of a PAL stream or does it only work for NTSC streams? Are there any other tools, apart from Easy Changer, that can change the field order of a (PAL) stream?
