i would like to clear up a few points --
if i want to encode mpeg2 and burn on cd for computer to play, the max bitrate can be anything (ie 3000, 4000, 8000).
however if i want the dvd player to read mpeg2 on cd, the max bitrate must be around 2500kbps (depending on audio) right? say i used 3000, the dvd player will stutter? but then the quality will now be as good =(
