Horizontal lines with S-Video

Well, my first problem was that I couldn't get any colour with S-VIDEO, it was only black and white.

Then I entered the settings on my digital box, and changed it from VHS/Pal to SVHS/Pal

Now I got colour, although, when capturing it got some horizontal rater thick lines..


Any suggestions?

Can you provide a link to a sample picture?

I haven't got a picture that is clear enough. I was playing around with the settings and it seemed to have decreased. Also I took away the composite cable from both the scart and capcard. Don't know if that's causing any problems.
