Hoi yesterday I donloaded the new DivX5(pro with adds) installed it, opened my vob's on hdd with DVD2AVI selected the movie (without endcredits) and started an encode. So far so good, nice little features,...
But now after I sleept something like 7hrs the "Statistic Window" of DVD2AVI doesn't change but also does not say it's finished,...
Strange thing is when I start the taskmgr (running win2k sp2)on my system I see DVD2AVI is still grabbing 99% of the CPU power,... (activating 'Display' doesn't help, shows the last frame to encode)
So since I activated most of the new features I just wanted to know: could it be that the Codec is still encodeing, or should I stopp this 2pass 1st pass encode.

Ps.: Think I'll leave it running for 2 more hours and then I'll, stop the encode,... damn,...

forgot to tell I'm running DVD2AVI 1.76

HAR HAR it did not freeze!! just needed to run 22 more minutes,... strange but good to know,... so now comes the second pass ;)
