How do I run two instances of Nandub?

If I run Nandub twice, and try and compress two movies at the same time, I get the message "Fastwritestream: Open Failed"

when I start the Stats first pass of the second movie.

Any ideas?

As far as I know, only doing 2 stats at the same time can cause problems because of temp files that are created. So, and it doesn't take a genius, just make a copy of the nandub dir and run the two copies.

And if you want to shutdown the computer after the 2 encodes, this is the method I use.
I'm starting one of the Nandub sessions which I called Idle :) and start fist/second/wahtever pass whith IDLE priority and shutdown when finished activated.
Then the second and here I put Highest Priority.

I got it working, just made two copies of the program.

If you choose "shutdown", does it do it after the second pass or the first pass?

The only time i've gotten this error is trying to use the same video file in the two nandubs. The only thing I do that might help is I use 2 different stats files on each nandub executable. It goes perfectly, and will do both passes in both streams. I also set one to Idle, but that is just so the two don't have to share the CPU. There is something about job controll in the menus but 2 copies work fine for me (unless I want to encode the same file in 2 different settings at once)
