cutting with NanDub

I've used NanDub to cut a long avi file as written in the protocol, however the begining of the second portion of film is noisy for a few seconds. Can we do something about it? Is it regular or it is my mistake, again?:confused:

did you cut at a keyframe?

Well, could be not. I jumped back only some frames and started the second part from that pont. Is this could be a problem? I gess so... Thanks.
I'm making every mistake that could be done....:(

just try to cut at a keyframe. you can jump through keyframes with shift + left/right cursor key.
