Hi!
I been reading around, and tryout for some nights now but I cant figure this out myself. What I want to do is to create a copy of my Charlies Angels DVD. The size is 5.87 Gb and I want to have the whole movie with menus and extras on my copy. I thought of going like this:
Programs to use: DVD2AVI, VFAPIConv, CCE
1. Ripp the whole DVD to HDD
2. Re-Encode all the big Extras-files (The quility are less on thouse anyway)
3. Create new VOBs from the Re-Encoded Extras
4. Put all the VOBs, IFOs, BUPs back to a DVD-R (But use the Re-Encoded VOBs, instead of the original
Is it possible to do this? I want to be abel to play this disc in a Standalone player.
The biggest problem seems to be CCE, After creating the Re-Encoded files, the movies seems to have "half" the leangth as the original. So when I add it to DVD Maestro for example, The AC3 Audio have the original leangth, but the Movie havent. How do I solve this?
Cause this creates troubles with the IFOs when playing them in PowerDVD.
