Hi,
I'd like to record from a digital sat receiver, which has an autoview
feature ( turn on and off automatically ). The manual says there are
VCRs supporting this when connected via a SCART cable. What does it mean ? ( start and stop automatically ? ).
On the other hand I can set in the bios of my PC wake up events ( modem, COM, LPT ..). Could I connect the PC to the sat receiver and control the records just by marking them in the TV listings on the receiver ? What kind of cable should I prepare ?
