Hi there

Used DVD2SVCD to convert avis to SVCD many times without any problems at all. Now I've tried to convert Harry Potter, but DVD2SVCD calculates the cutpoint for bbMPEG totally wrong. The fist part muxed in bbMPEG is actually 2660 seconds, but DVD2SVCD calculates the cutpoint to be 4647 secons? Thus it cannot mux the third part as the calculated cutpoint is outside the actual movie. Naturally the second part of the muxed file is wrong due to the missing seconds.

What can be wrong here - do you need additional information?

Thanks in advance

@DrFresh
You are not alone
I have also got problem with Harry Potter (PAL R2) and did a quick search on the matter. Havent gone in the depth yet.

I have two perfect images that seems to fit right but the third part is missing.
The dvd2svcd log says first image 2897 seconds and the second one 5679 in to the movie.

I'm trying to look trough all the l and *.ini files right now to see if I can see anything strange.

I guess I have to do it manually. Is there any more out there doing Mr. Potter ?
