I've read that cce only manages to encode with a max bitrate of about 2400 kbits.
But in Robshots guide uses 9000 kbits. I tried before with a movie with a max bitrate just exceeding 2400 maybe 2700. It turned out jerky on my dvd standalone wich normally manages 3500kbits.
I re-encoded it with cbr 2400kbits and it worked fine.
so what's the use with cce when you can use tmpeg wit 2pass and a max of 9000kbits?
