? multiple rips authoured with menu ?

Is there a program to use my DVD rips ifoed to just play the movie , keeping the size in mind, then cteating a simple menu like the one Nero did for VCDs and then play my two DVD movies. I have them in a video_ts folder of there own.

There is no program yet to make DVDs an easy way. You'll have to re-encode your video with a MPEG2 encoder then re-author the DVD with an authoring program such as DVDMaestro.
The structure of a DVD will not allow 2 VIDEO_TS folders. You'll have to author a DVD with 2 movies in it and create a menu to select which movie to view.
