Multi-CPU support stinks

I have a dual MP1600+ system (2x1.4GHz), and I noticed VD only uses ~75% of the available CPU power available... Why not 100%? I currently code my DivX movies at ~31fps, but if I could utilize 100% of my CPU power I could code at ~42fps...

Can you post some of your encoding settings! i propably have set something terribly wrong! I am encoding to speeds of 15-16fps with a dual 1800+MP! (for both passes). Nothing special on mine: divx4.12 - 6000kB/s - quant. 2,2,200000, ... divx4log, besically everything according to the guide! Why then!
